Pricing
Pricing
Three plans. All five modules in every one.
ODS is priced in two parts: an annual platform fee, and a monthly license for each active seat. You are not charged per module, per feature, or per administrator. As your headcount changes, so does your bill. If you want us to build your training content, that is quoted separately.
What every plan includes
The difference between plans is scale and support — never capability. Nobody is asked to upgrade to unlock a feature they already needed.
All five modules
Org Chart, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Training, and Career Development — on one record.
Your branding
A portal that carries your logo, colors, and language. Employees never see ours.
Implementation
We configure your org chart, roles, and onboarding plans with you. Not a login and a wiki link.
Audit-ready records
Immutable change log and export tooling from day one, on every plan.
Choose by scale, not by feature
Pricing is quoted against your active seat count. Every quote is fixed for the term — no per-seat creep mid-contract.

How the pricing actually works
Two components, both predictable, both quoted before you commit — and a third only if you ask us to build your content.
An annual platform fee
Covers your branded environment, configuration, and implementation. Quoted once, fixed for the term.
A monthly per-seat license
Based on active learners — people actually using ODS. Seats that go dormant stop billing.
Custom content, only if you want it
Onboarding programs, role-based courses, and career development material built for your operation rather than adapted from a library. Quoted by production hour, so you commission exactly what you need. Material you already own is loaded at no production cost.
No module upcharges. No administrator seats. No long-term lock-in.
Questions we get asked before the demo
Do I have to buy all five modules?
They are not sold separately. ODS exists because the record breaks at the handoff between systems — selling you three of five would rebuild the problem you are trying to remove.
What counts as an active seat?
An employee with a live login during the billing month. Seasonal or departed staff stop counting automatically.
What happens if our headcount drops?
Your bill drops with it. Per-seat billing moves in both directions.
Is there a long-term contract?
The platform fee is annual. Beyond that there is no multi-year lock-in, and no penalty for leaving at renewal.
Who owns the content we build?
You do. Courses, documents, and records you create in ODS remain yours — including if the partnership ends.
Why are exact prices not listed?
ODS is in early access, and pricing depends on seat count and security posture. We quote on the demo call rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most people reading it.

Twenty minutes, end to end, using real data rather than slides. We answer your pricing questions on the same call — and if ODS does not fit, we will say so.
