About HCAI
We built ODS because we kept watching the same thing break.
The Human Capital Advancement Initiative spent years building custom training and onboarding programs for operations-driven organizations — federal contractors, diagnostic labs, downhole tool manufacturers, financial services firms, technology companies. Different industries, different content, the same failure every time.
The training worked. Then it disconnected from everything around it. A new hire finished a beautifully built onboarding program, and none of it reached their manager’s view of them. Someone completed a certification, and it lived in an LMS report nobody opened. A critical role came open, and the company that had just spent two years developing people could not say which of them was ready.
The problem was never the training. It was that every stage of an employee’s time at a company lived in a different system, and the record broke at every handoff. So we built the system we kept wishing our clients had.
What we believe
- Workforce capability is an operational system, not an annual event.
- The value is in the connections between stages, not in any single stage.
- Software an employee touches on their first day should look like their employer, not like a vendor.
- If you cannot produce the evidence, you do not have the record.
Where we are
ODS is in early access.
We are bringing on a small group of organizations now, ahead of general availability. Early clients get direct access to the team building the product, real influence over the roadmap, and founding terms. In exchange we ask for honest feedback and the patience that comes with being early. If that trade appeals to you, the demo is where the conversation starts.
