Training

Training that proves itself — and updates the skill record when it does.

Assign by role, by department, or automatically as part of onboarding. Track completion, store the certificate, and watch the employee’s skill profile move.

The problem it removes

A standalone LMS tells you a course was completed. It does not tell you what that completion means for the person’s readiness, their seat requirements, or their development plan. The completion sits in a system that HR exports from once a quarter, if that.

What it does

  • A course catalog, with assignment to individuals, roles, or entire departments.
  • Automatic assignment rules by role, by department, or triggered by an onboarding step.
  • Due dates with automatic overdue flagging.
  • Employee view of assigned courses with one-click launch; manager and admin views across the team.
  • Completion certificates stored against the employee record and available for export.
  • Completion reporting by course and by team, exportable for audits and client reviews.

What it connects to

Every course is mapped to the skills it develops. When an employee completes it, their skill rating rises, their gap analysis in Career Development recalculates, and their succession readiness updates. Training stops being a compliance checkbox and becomes the mechanism by which the org chart improves.

Who uses it

Admins and managers assign and report. Employees see and complete their own assignments.
