ODS Platform Overview
The Organizational Development System
One record. Five modules. The entire workforce lifecycle.
ODS replaces the spreadsheet, the inbox, and the three tools that do not talk to each other — with one branded portal where every stage of an employee’s time with you connects to the next.
ODS is one chain, not five tools
We spent years building training and onboarding programmes for operations-driven organisations, and kept watching the same thing break: the record was lost at every handoff between systems.
The applicant tracker did not know the org chart. The LMS did not know who had just been hired. The onboarding checklist lived in someone’s inbox. Every gap was a place where a record went missing and somebody had to reconstruct it later.
ODS closes those gaps by refusing to treat them as separate products. Open a seat and the requisition drafts itself. Hire the candidate and onboarding starts on schedule. Finish the course and the skill gap closes on the org chart.
Each stage triggers the next
This is the whole argument. Read it left to right — every arrow is a handoff that normally loses data.
The five modules
Every plan includes all five. They are not sold separately, because separating them rebuilds the problem.
Org Chart & Headcount
An org chart built on position seats, not just people — so it shows the roles you have not filled yet, and turns them into hiring the moment you are ready.

Applicant Tracking
Requisitions that write themselves from the seat you are filling, a pipeline you can drag, and outside recruiters who see only what you assigned them.

Onboarding
Build a plan once per role. Every new hire gets it automatically, dated from their start date, with documents signed in the portal.

Training
Assign by role or automatically as part of onboarding. Track completion, store the certificate, and watch the employee’s skill profile move.

Career Development
A skills map against every seat, gap analysis that recalculates itself, and succession planning that tells you which critical roles are exposed.

Included in every plan
The difference between plans is scale and support — never capability. Nobody is asked to upgrade to unlock something they already needed.
What it is like to run
Fully branded to you
Your logo, your colours, your language. Employees experience it as your system, not a third-party tool they were told to log into.
Built for 50 to 500
Large enough that spreadsheets have broken, small enough that enterprise HR suites are absurd. That gap is who ODS is for.
Audit-ready by construction
Evidence exists because of how records are written, not because someone runs a report before the auditor arrives. See security →
ODS is new. The team that built it is not.
HCAI has delivered custom training and onboarding programmes for federal contractors, diagnostic labs, downhole tool manufacturers, financial services firms, and technology companies. Different industries, different content, the same failure every time.
ODS is what we built after watching that failure repeat for years. It is in early access now — a small group of organisations, ahead of general availability, with direct access to the team building it and real influence over the roadmap.
See ODS run the full lifecycle in 20 minutes
A seat opened, a candidate hired, onboarding started, a course completed, a skill gap closed, a successor named — using real data rather than slides. We answer pricing and security on the same call.
